Overview Razorback Wash South is a great, mid-length hike that runs about 6.3 miles through the Pinto Valley Wilderness Area. The main description of this route describes it as running from east to west, but here are presented photos of the route running west to east. In this direction, the route starts at Mile 18.2 Trailhead on Northshore Road and ends at Mile 22.6 Trailhead, so a car shuttle is necessary. The route runs up Cottonwood Wash, turns left into the East Fork of Cottonwood Wash, and then runs northeast along the south side of Razorback Ridge until reaching Northshore Road.
