Swifts and Hummingbirds seem like an unlikely group of birds, but both have tiny feet and spend most of their time on the wing. One species of swift is expected in the Las Vegas area, and another is uncommon. Four species of hummingbirds regularly occur here, and a couple of others can be seen from time to time.
