Hiking Around Las Vegas, Spring Mountains (Mt. Charleston), Kyle Canyon
The North Loop Viewpoint, 1.5 miles out the North Loop Trail, is a great destination for hikers without the ability or interest in hiking all the way to the Raintree or Mt. Charleston summit. It is, nonetheless, a good workout. It is also a good place to find gnarly, old bristlecone pines. with a grand view out over the Las Vegas Valley.
