HH-60 Jayhawks are twin-engine medium-lift helicopters designed for use by the U.S. Coast Guard in search and rescue, drug interdiction, and border operations. The HH-60 is also capable of performing civil search and rescue, emergency medical evacuation, and disaster relief. The Jayhawk is a modified version of the Army Black Hawk helicopter, as it the Air Force Pave Hawk.
